These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of vendors (“Sponsor,” “you,” or “your”) in the monthly giveaway sponsorship program on the Evolve Summit Club (“ESC,” “we,” or “our”) platform. By registering to sponsor a giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other policies or guidelines established by ESC. Please review these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Age Requirement: To enter the monthly giveaway, you must be at least 18 years old.
2. Residency: You must be one of the following: A resident of Colorado, have a valid Colorado mailing address, or
own a home in Colorado.
3. Membership: Only active members of the Evolve Summit Club are eligible to participate. If you’re not a
member, you cannot enter the giveaway.
1.No Purchase Necessary: You can enter the giveaway simply by being an active member of Evolve Summit
Club.
2. Referral Entries: You may refer up to three of any combination of co-workers, friends, or family members each
month…anyone is welcome! For each successful referral who joins the Evolve Summit Club, you will receive an
additional entry into the giveaway. Referrals must also meet the age and residency requirements.
1.Winner Notification: If you win, Evolve Summit Club will contact you via phone, text, or email between 9:00 AM and
6:00 PM MT on the 6th of the month
2. Prize Delivery: We will arrange delivery of your prize within 3 days of contact. If we are unable to reach you or
you do not respond, you may forfeit your prize at Evolve Summit Club’s discretion.
3. Social Media Consent: We may ask the winner to take a photo with their prize and our custom sign. This is
voluntary, but if you choose to participate, we may share the photo on our social media accounts (Instagram
and Facebook for Evolve Summit Club, Evolve Home Group, and Josh Saxton). We will not tag your location or
personal information.
1.Referral Criteria: Referrals must be at least 18 years old, homeowners, and residents of Colorado or have a
valid Colorado address.
2. Referral Process: You can only submit referrals through the official Evolve Summit Club website to count
toward your additional entries. Direct contacts (texts, emails, or calls to team members) will not count as
referrals.
3. Referral Window: If your referral signs up as an Evolve Summit Club member after the giveaway time window
(6th to the end of the month), they will count as an entry for the following month’s giveaway.
3. Referral Notification: The Evolve Summit Club team will notify you through text or email once your referral has
been approved by our team to become a member.
1.We will coordinate delivery of the prize to your home or a mutually agreed-upon location. Our team is willing to
drive up to 30 miles or 1 hour to meet and deliver.
2. Promotion: Winners may be asked to participate in promotional efforts to help promote the Evolve Summit
Club, though participation is optional.
1. Prize Value: Retail value will be listed for each monthly giveaway prize.
2. Damage: If a product is damaged or malfunctions after delivery, ESC can provide you with the support contact
information for the company. Please note that any issues with the product post-delivery do not reflect negatively on the sponsoring business or ESC. Once you receive the item, it is your responsibility to install and use it properly.
3. Sponsors: We are proud to support and promote local Colorado businesses as part of our giveaways.

As a business vendor within the Evolve Summit Club community, you have the opportunity to sponsor monthly giveaways for ESC members. Each month, ESC will provide a pre-selected list of items for giveaway. By participating, you will have the chance to promote your brand and products to ESC’s engaged membership.
Monthly Sponsorship Cost of Participation:
To participate in a giveaway, you will select from a curated list of pre-selected giveaway items for the month. Payment for the item(s) is required in full to secure your sponsorship and confirm your participation for that month.
ESC will provide a curated list of giveaway items for each month. You may suggest products but are not able to select specific items for giveaways. To view the item list and pricing, visit the Evolve Summit Club business page under “Be a Sponsor – Monthly Giveaway.” Please note that listed pricing may vary due to taxes, shipping, and any promotional discounts or sales.
The giveaway timeline to enter will start from the 1st and go until the end of the day on the 5th of each month, with winners selected at random on the 6th. If you wish to sponsor a giveaway in the following month, your sponsorship must be submitted by the 6th of the current month or anytime earlier.
Payment Process:
Full payment for your sponsorship is due prior to the start of the giveaway month. Payments should be made through
the method specified by ESC.
If payment is not received by the agreed-upon deadline, ESC reserves the right to cancel your sponsorship for that
month and may either issue a refund or reschedule your participation at our discretion.
ESC’sRight to Cancel:
ESC reserves the right to cancel any sponsorship due to a breach of these Terms or in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the execution of the giveaway. If ESC cancels the sponsorship, a full refund will be issued to the Sponsor.
Termination of Agreement:
In the event of termination of the agreement between ESC and the Business Vendor, if the vendor has pre-paid for a giveaway, ESC will issue a refund to the vendor.
Promotional Rights:
By sponsoring a giveaway, you grant ESC the right to use your business name, logo, and other branding assets in connection with the promotion and execution of the giveaway, including website and social media promotion, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Content Approval:
ESC will provide you with opportunities to review and approve any promotional materials that feature your brand. You agree to provide the necessary assets (e.g., logo, product images) promptly.
Compliance:
You agree that all products and services associated with your sponsorship comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations, including intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, and advertising standards.
No Liability for Damages:
ESC is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your participation in the giveaway program, including problems related to the delivery, quality, or legality of the giveaway items.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold ESC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your
participation, including but not limited to product defects, intellectual property infringement, or violations of applicable
law.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared by ESC during the sponsorship. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, membership data, and non-public information.
Termination by ESC:
ESC reserves the right to terminate your sponsorship at any time due to a breach of these Terms or if ESC deems the continuation of the agreement to be detrimental to the platform or its members. In such cases, ESC will refund any payments made for future giveaways.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as determined by ESC, before pursuing legal action. The venue for mediation or arbitration will be in Colorado, United States.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
ESC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
Force Majeure:
ESC will not be liable for any delays or failure to perform under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical issues.
These Terms represent the complete and exclusive understanding between you and ESC regarding the sponsorship program, superseding any prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral.
By sponsoring a giveaway through Evolve Summit Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to comply with all policies and guidelines provided by ESC.
The promotion package for the annual event includes the following:
If you have your own social media accounts, we recommend cross-posting the promotion using the ESC QR code/link, which will be provided. This will increase the reach and visibility of your promotion.
The of the following month. For example, if a giveaway
ends on January 5th and the winner is selected on January 6th, we will begin promoting your business on January 7th
for the February giveaway. The promotion will continue through February 5th.
Please note: If you would like to sponsor a month after the 6th, you are welcome to do so. However, to receive the full benefits of sponsorship, submissions must be received before the 6th . Submissions after the 6th will result in reduced marketing and promotion time, and there will be no prorated discounts for giveaways. While ESC will do its best to
promote your package, promotional efforts may be limited.
By submitting, you agree to allow ESC to promote your business, including your logo, company name, owner’s name,
website, and contact information.
Once you submit the form, you will need to schedule a to discuss

Please note that any issues with the product post-delivery do not reflect negatively on your business or ESC. Once the Homeowner receives the item, it is your responsibility to install and use it properly.
